1. What you get

periwinkl.ai provides AI image generation via the Z-Image model on shared GPU infrastructure. You pay per generation in USDC or USDT on the Solana network. Prices are displayed in the dashboard before you submit.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use this service. By using periwinkl.ai you confirm you are 18+.

3. Acceptable use

You will not submit prompts that depict:

• Anyone under 18 in any context.
• Bestiality (anthropomorphic / fantasy creatures are allowed).
• Real, identifiable people without their consent (public figures included).
• Anything that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Every prompt passes an automated safety check. Repeated refusals trigger a per-account cooldown that escalates to manual review. Repeated violations result in permanent account suspension and loss of remaining balance.

4. Payments

• Deposits are credited automatically after on-chain confirmation (~30 seconds typical).
• Charges are deducted immediately upon a successful generation.
• The service is provided as-is. Refunds are not offered.
• You are responsible for sending funds to the correct address and network. Funds sent to a wrong address or network are unrecoverable.
• You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure.

5. Content

• You retain ownership of images generated from your prompts, subject to your compliance with these terms.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable law in your jurisdiction.
• We may remove content from your account that violates these terms or applicable law, with or without notice.

6. Service availability

The service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We may suspend or modify features at any time. Scheduled or unscheduled downtime may occur.

7. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time by emailing support@periwinkl.ai.
• We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
• After termination, your generation history and image bytes are removed within 30 days.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, periwinkl.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to amounts you have paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may revise these terms. Material changes will be announced via email to the most recent address on file at least 14 days before taking effect.
